Born in West Virginia, Shane moved to Middle Tennessee at a young age. He attended Middle Tennessee State earning degrees in Finance and Construction Management. Before getting his Real Estate license in 2006, Shane spent 6 years in professional baseball in the minor leagues as an umpire. A lifelong outdoorsman, Shane has hunted all over the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Shane has been married to his wife, Angela, since 2005 and they have two children, Paula and Nathan. For a brief period from 2011 to 2014, Shane and his family lived in Montana where they managed their cattle ranch and hunting property. Since returning to Tennessee, Shane has been involved in Real Estate, Land Development, and Construction projects in Middle Tennessee. Shane has also gained extensive knowledge in land, wildlife, and habitat management through the management of his own and his friends properties. Shane has the knowledge for all construction practices when it comes to raw land. From building roads, utilities, excavation work, water source creation, land clearing, building shops and barndominiums, etc., Shane decided to get active in selling real estate again in order to help new buyers and sellers enhance their own property.
