Steven is a resident of Camden County, GA since 2005, married and a father of two. After serving over five years active duty in the United States Marine Corps, Steven attended and graduated from Florida State University in 2002 with a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelors of Science in Real Estate and Finance. He is licensed in Florida and Georgia as a Real Estate Broker and Broker Associate and also maintains his license as a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. With his extensive background in banking, real estate valuation, real estate finance and land brokerage, Steven brings to the table many years in experience in contract negotiation, asset valuation and management, credit underwriting, environmental risk management, construction risk management and criticized loan restructures and resolution.
