Ted Benbow

Ted Benbow brings over 30 years of experience in land-related industries to Mossy Oak Properties. His extensive resume includes graduating from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, being a Professional Land Surveyor and owning and operating a land surveying business for 32 years. In addition to surveying, Ted has been buying and selling properties to develop since 1997 which range from supplemental income rentals to large tracts for subdivisions and hunting property/farms. In his spare time, Ted is a volunteer firefighter, EMT, and first responder serving Iredell County, where he was born and raised. Ted is a Certified Land Specialist.
