Tyler Gentry

I was born and raised in South Central Kansas, but spent many fall seasons exploring the western half of the state. I graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Wildlife and Outdoor Enterprise Management. After college, I moved to Branson, Missouri to complete an internship under Dr. Grant Woods of Growing Deer TV. The time spent with Grant led to a three year stint in Nashville, Tennessee where I professionally managed hunting and recreational properties for high-profile landowners. With family calling, my wife and I moved back to the Wichita area where we grew up. I now operate a habitat and hunting consulting company and she teaches pre-school at one of our local elementary schools. As a lifelong hunter and fisherman, I have a deep-rooted passion for wildlife and wild places. I developed a love for the outdoors by hunting and fishing on public lands and waters throughout the state of Kansas. As a professional land manager, I have great knowledge of the habitat components needed to make a piece of ground prime for hunting.
